A Kentucky Derby Fundraiser Supporting ELEVATE Coweta Students

Each spring, the Coweta community comes together for Hats & Hooves, ELEVATE Coweta Students’ signature Kentucky Derby–themed fundraiser. Hosted on the beautiful front lawn and inside the lobby of the University of West Georgia Newnan Campus, the event invites guests to celebrate in classic Derby style — bold hats, bright bow ties, and spring elegance — while enjoying live music, auctions, Derby-inspired food and drinks, and the thrill of watching the Kentucky Derby alongside friends and neighbors.

More than a celebration, Hats & Hooves is a powerful investment in local students. Every dollar raised supports ELEVATE’s work inside Coweta County schools—providing mentoring, encouragement, and critical support that helps students overcome obstacles, stay in school, and believe in their future.
